Warranty & Return

At CaseStudee, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products undergo rigorous Quality Control inspections before shipping. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, most items sold by CaseStudee are covered by the following warranties and return policies. Please review the details below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Order Cancellation/Modification

You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the shipping notification has been sent, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Before Shipping:

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team via email or live chat as soon as possible. We will process your request within 24 hours on working days. A full refund will be issued upon successful cancellation.

Note: If your order has already been shipped when we process your request, we will not be able to cancel or modify it. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

  • After Shipping:

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible. Please wait for the package to arrive and follow our return policy if needed.

 2. 7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, including reimbursement for return shipping costs.

  • Process:
  1. Contact our support team at support@casestudee.com and provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and its packaging.
  2. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a return address.
  3. Ship the item back to the designated address using a tracked shipping method and provide the logistics receipt as proof.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a replacement or refund within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 5 working days, depending on your payment provider.

3. 30-Day Unconditional Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Conditions:
  1. Items must be in unworn, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase is required.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
  • Process:
  1. 1. Contact our customer service team at support@casestudee.com and provide your order number along with photos or videos of the item.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method and provide the logistics receipt.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 5 working days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Lifetime Warranty and Annual Replacement

We are proud to offer a  lifetime warranty on part of our products. Even if there are no quality issues, you are eligible for one free replacement per year for the same product (including model, design, etc.). This ensures that you can enjoy your CaseStudee products for years to come.

  • Conditions:
  1. Only available for customizable products, such as: Phone Cases、Badges、Mirrors  etc.
  • Process:
  1. Contact our customer service team and provide your order number and details of the product you wish to replace.
  2. Once verified, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
  3. The replacement product will also be covered under the same quality warranty.

5. Quality Defects: Refund Without Return

For products with quality defects, we understand that international return shipping costs can be high. To simplify the process, we offer a  full refund without return service . Simply provide clear photos or videos of the quality issue, and we will process your refund promptly.

  • Conditions:
  1. Refer to the description of condition in Section 4.
  • Process:
  1. Contact our support team at support@casestudee.com and provide clear evidence of the quality defect.
  2. Once the issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2-3 working days.
  3. One-Year Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products come with a one-year repair warranty starting from the date of delivery. During this period, you are eligible for free repairs for manufacturing defects.

  • Process:
  1. 1. Contact our customer service team and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos of the product.
  2. Our technicians will evaluate the issue and propose a solution, which may include remote diagnosis, provision of spare parts, or return for repair.
  3. If the product needs to be returned for repair, we will provide the return address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, while we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.
  4. If the product is repaired or replaced, the warranty period will be extended by 3 months.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. In such cases, customers may still request paid repairs.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 working days.

  • Important:
  1. Refunds cannot exceed the original order amount.
  2. We are not responsible for any bank fees or exchange rate charges incurred during the refund process.
  3. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider and contact us at support@casestudee.com for further assistance.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: 

  1. Products damaged or lost due to customer mishandling.
  2. Items returned without prior authorization or without proof of purchase.
  3. Products that have been used, worn, or altered from their original condition.

9. Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address details, a 20% processing fee will be deducted, and no shipping refund will be issued.

10. Warranty Exemptions and Notes

The following situations are not covered by our warranties: 

  1. Natural wear and tear or degradation of the product over time.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  3. Products that have been opened, repaired, or altered by the customer.
  4. Damage resulting from using the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
